Tina
Tina is highly specialised in employment and labour law and has advised in the field for more than 30 years. For decades, Tina has worked on the most complex cases in the area and advises both companies and individuals on dismissals – both individual and collective – business start-ups, restructurings and closures of activities, EU law issues, and discrimination law. In addition, Tina has particular expertise in the termination of executive service agreements and the negotiation of new contracts for executives. Tina has extensive litigation experience and has rights of audience before both the Danish High Courts and the Supreme Court. She also serves as a judge at the Danish Labour Court, appointed by the Ministry of Employment. Clients highlight that Tina consistently finds balanced solutions and brings a holistic perspective to discussions, addressing both the parties’ commercial interests and personal goals.
